Import workouts

Move your Hevy or Strong workout history into Reps and keep training without starting over.

Export your workout history

Export in English. Set Hevy or Strong to English before creating the export. Reps can currently only import CSV files created in English.

Hevy

  1. Tap Profile, then Settings.

  2. Tap Export & Import Data, then tap Export Data.

  3. Tap Export Workouts.

Strong

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap Export Strong Data or Export Data.

Import the CSV into Reps

  1. In Reps, tap Settings.

  2. Under Import Workouts, tap Import from Hevy / Strong.

  3. Choose the CSV you exported.

  4. If Reps asks which units the file uses, choose Imperial (lbs, mi) or Metric (kg, km) based on the units in your export, then tap Continue.

  1. Review the number of workouts, sets, and exercises to be imported. Then check the exercise matches:

    • Mapped lists exercises Reps matched automatically. Change any match that looks wrong.
    • Custom lists exercises Reps could not match. Reps will create these as custom exercises unless you map or exclude them.

  1. If Already Imported appears, tap Review to choose whether to skip, replace, or import another copy of each workout.

  2. Tap the import button at the bottom of the screen. When Import Complete appears, your imported workouts are ready in History.

If your workouts don't import

If your workouts don't import, or you want to import workouts from another app, email the original export to support@trackreps.com. Workout imports are under active development, and Reps support can help convert the file or add support for the app.
